Jessica Chastain Oscar Awards 2012

Jessica Chastain born 29 March 1981, is an American theater, film, and television actress. She is known for her roles in the films "The Help", "The Debt", "Take Shelter" and "The Tree of Life". She broke out in 2011 with seven films premiering. She won over 35 critics awards and was widely named as breakout star.

She was up for the Oscar Awards 2012 for "Best Actress In a Supporting Role" for her role in "The Help".

As we know the 84th Annual Academy Awards held at the Hollywood and Highland Center, California, USA, 26 February 2012. Although for her role in the film "The Help" she received "Golden Globe", "Screen Actors Guild" and "BAFTA" but unfortunately Academy Award nominations for Best Supporting Actress didnt let her hold the oscar for her work.
