Howard Shore Oscar Awards 2012

"Howard Leslie Shore" better known as "Howard Shore" born 18 October 1946, is a Canadian composer. He is best known for his film Scores and has a record career of doing score for more the 80 films till now. "The Lord of the Rings" is considered to the best out of them for which he won three "Academy Awards". If we look into details about his Awards winning career we come to know that Howard Shore is a three times winner of the Academy Award, and has also won three Golden Globe Awards and four Grammy Awards. On other hand he is the uncle of film composer Ryan Shore. He serves on the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, Berklee College of Music.

He was up for the Oscar Awards 2012 for "Best Music Original Score" for his work in "Hugo".

As we know the 84th Annual Academy Awards held at the Hollywood and Highland Center, California, USA, 26 February 2012. Unfortunately he didn't won the award he was nominated for.
